Navy GIMBAL UAP Video
The “GIMBAL” UAP video, one of the most famous pieces of declassified U.S. military footage, has fueled ongoing debates about unidentified aerial phenomena. Captured in 2015 by an F/A-18 Super Hornet using an infrared targeting system, the video shows an object moving steadily through the sky before suddenly rotating in midair.
Unlike conventional aircraft, the object in the video lacks visible wings, rotors, or propulsion, yet it appears to maintain a steady flight path. The most striking aspect of the footage is its abrupt rotation, which defies typical aerodynamic behavior. Navy pilots in the video can be heard expressing shock and excitement, suggesting that the sighting was unlike anything they had encountered before.
The GIMBAL video, along with the FLIR and GOFAST UAP videos, was officially acknowledged by the Pentagon in 2020. Some experts speculate that the object could be classified military technology or a sensor artifact, while others suggest it could represent a new type of aerial craft.
The release of the GIMBAL video helped push the U.S. government toward greater transparency regarding UAP encounters, leading to congressional hearings and new military protocols for reporting such incidents. While the object’s identity remains unknown, the video continues to spark discussions about the potential for advanced or extraterrestrial technology operating in Earth’s airspace.
